No. Merge preserves each source file's page order and uses the order shown in the selected-file list.
What file limits apply?
A PDF can be up to 80 MB and 500 pages. Merge accepts up to 30 PDFs, and Images to PDF accepts up to 50 images. Limits protect browser memory.
